A commonly asked question with a straightforward answer: Our Shop are crafted by local, small boutiques across the United Kingdom. These boutiques display a passion for creating beautiful incense burners, and we provide a convenient platform for you to find them.
The delivery time frame can vary depending on the store you are purchasing from. The delivery schedule for each store is displayed on their product page, and the delivery window for products from each store can differ. During the ordering process, the delivery dates will be clearly indicated, so you will know when to expect your purchase.
It’s important to note that the specific return policy for each store can vary, but typically returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the Shop if the customer contacts the store beforehand. If the incense burner received is damaged or not as described, it can be replaced. However, for other reasons, customers can reach out to the store for further assistance and guidance on the return process.
Depending on the business, you typically have 14 days to replace your Shop for one of equal or lesser value. There are currently no other alternatives.
You may pay for your Shop with a credit card. We will soon accept PayPal and other ways of payment.
